About us
gadgetmotive.com is the brand of Veltrix Italia S.r.l. — a company based in Italy, that brings carefully selected, useful products to your home.
Our story
Veltrix Italia S.r.l. is based in Italy (Via Alessandro Volta 18, 20121 Milano (MI), Italia), with one simple idea: to make practical, high-quality products for the home, garden, and everyday life accessible to everyone — without going through massive marketplaces, and without forcing customers to pay before they see what they're buying.
That's how gadgetmotive.com was born: a curated showcase of items we test ourselves before listing them. No useless gadgets, no products picked for margin alone — every item on gadgetmotive.com solves a real problem.
What we do
- We curate practical products for home and garden, sourced directly from certified European suppliers.
- We test every item before listing it: if it doesn't convince us, we don't sell it.
- We ship within 24-48 hours across 18 European countries with the most reliable couriers.
- We guarantee cash on delivery: you only pay the courier — in cash — once the package is in your hands.
- We support our customers with a native-language call center, 6 days a week.
Our values
- Total transparency — No hidden costs, no surprises. The price you see is the price you pay, with shipping always included.
- Customer-first — If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. No questions, no waiting.
- Quality before price — We work with certified European suppliers. Our products comply with EU safety and environmental regulations.
- Local service — Our customer service teams speak your language and respond within 1 hour on weekdays.
